“Electronic calls may be used to pursue and take crows and furbearers, but without the aid of an artificial light or night vision equipment.”

“Any other regulation notwithstanding, methods for the taking of blue, snow and Ross’ geese include…and with the use of or aid of recorded or electrically amplified bird calls or sounds or recorded or electrically amplified imitations of bird calls or sound.”

You may use FOXPRO products for crows and furbearers.  After a discussion with an officer, it was stated that decoys "can move electronically but cannot make any sounds (ie turkey).
