7) A permittee may not hunt turkey with the aid of an electronic calling or amplification device during an open turkey season. Further, a permittee may not use an electronic calling or amplification device to locate turkeys at any time during an open turkey season.

Migratory Game Birds
(b) Hunting methods.  Migratory game birds on which open seasons are prescribed in this section may be taken by any method except those prohibited in this subdivision. No person shall take migratory game birds:

(7)  by the use or aid of recorded or electrically amplified bird calls or sounds, or recorded or electrically amplified imitations of bird calls or sounds, except that this prohibition shall not apply to the taking of crows.
