2006 Wisconsin Small Game Hunting Regulations
P. 18, Use of Devices

“It is illegal to use any device other than legal firearms, bows, or crossbows to kill or catch wild animals, except traps and falconry birds may be used under the appropriate license or permit and seasons.”

“It is illegal to use any electronic or electronically amplified calls while hunting migratory game birds or wild turkeys.”

“It is legal to use any type of call or amplified sound for attracting foxes, raccoon, crows, coyotes, and unprotected species during the open season.”

Wisconsin prohibits the use of electronic wildlife calls for migratory game birds and turkeys. You are permitted to use electronic wildlife calls for foxes, raccoon, crows and coyotes during their respective seasons
