1. Turn on the X360 call unit and wait for the power/Decoy LEDs to stop blinking.
2. Connect the call unit USB port to your computer USB port using a USB cable.

3. Wait for up to 5 seconds for your computer to display a window that shows the X360 call unit SD
card files and folders.

4. Drag the file called “X360_915.fpu” and drop it onto the root directory of the X360 call unit SD
card.

5. Allow 5 seconds to ensure the “X360_915.fpu” file transfer completed.

6. Close the window that shows the X360 call unit SD card files.

7. Safely eject the X360 drive.

8. Remove the USB cable (disconnect the X360 from the computer).

9. Wait for 1 to 10 seconds for the X360 call unit Decoy LEDs to start blinking. This is an indicator

that the X360 is performing the software upgrade.

10. Wait for 30 to 90 seconds for the Decoy LEDs to stop blinking. When the Decoy LEDs stop
blinking, the X360 call unit software upgraded has completed and the X360 is running the new software.
The amount of time it takes to do the upgrade process varies depending on the number of files and
directories on the SD card.
