Where is the Sound Pack Download Manager located?
The Sound Pack Download Manager is a feature that is located inside of your FOXPRO online store account. To access it, you must first login to your store account. After you are in, the main navigation bar across the top of the screen will have a new item listed as My Account. Click on this menu option and locate the Sound Pack Download Manager item from the menu.

After accessing the Sound Pack Download Manager, you will be able to view and download any sound packs that you have purchased over time. If you do not yet have an online store account, you can click here to register.
How much warranty is left on my product?
If you submitted a warranty registration to FOXPRO listing the same email address as you use for your store account, you can review any warranty registrations that are linked via the email address. You can find the warranty registrations linked to your account by logging in to your account, accessing the My Account menu in the navigation menu, and then clicking on My Registered Products. When the page loads you will be able to see any product registered to your email address. The displayed information includes date of purchase, purchase location, serial number, and the warranty expiration date.

If you previously mailed FOXPRO a warranty registration and did not include an email address, the registration will not be linked to your account. If your email address has changed since submitting the registration, it will not be linked to your account. You can contact FOXPRO if you are interested in supplying a new email address to link your account to a warranty registration.
How do I change my billing or shipping address?
Your account profile information can be changed any time. To change it, you must first login to your account. Click on the My Account menu option in the navigation bar and then click on My Profile. From here you edit your email address, password, billing address, shipping address, and telephone number. Because we do not store your credit card information, you will not find an option that enables you to permanently set a credit card number in your account.
When will my recent order ship?
Orders are processed during our normal business hours which is Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Orders placed during the week will ship within 1-2 days. If a product is placed on backorder, you will be contacted by a sales representative to alert you. If an item is out of stock, it will be unavailable for order through the online store. During our busy season (fall - winter), occasional delays can occur. We do our best to maintain a strong line of communication with each customer. You are welcome to contact our sales team at any time to check on order status.

Sound pack orders do not result in any items being shipped to your physical location. A sound pack is a digital download that is available through the Sound Pack Download Manger feature that is part of your online store account.
My download counter is maxed out, but I did not complete the download
Each sound pack purchase is limited to a total of 5 individual downloads. There are many variables involved in downloading a sound pack such as the web browser you are using, your online connection, and our current service load. If a download failed and you maxed out your download counter, please contact us for assistance. We can reset the counter and help to ensure that the sounds you paid for are downloaded to your computer.
The login screen says my account is locked?
If you receive a message stating that your account is locked, this is because there were too many failed login attempts made to your account. In order to prevent a malicious individual from trying to repeatedly guess your password, we have a provision in place that will lock your account from further login attempts for a period of time. Most locks will unset after a period of 30 minutes. Wait for about 30 minutes and then try logging in again - the lock should automatically expire. If you still have trouble, please contact us for further assistance.
I can't remember my password!
If you cannot remember your account password, a simple password reset feature is available. To access the password reset, please click here. You must enter the email address you used when you registered the account. An email will be sent to that email address with a special link that you can click on to change your password.

NOTE: if you do not see the reset email in your regular inbox, make sure to check your spam folder as well. Sometimes our messages get mistakenly flagged as spam.
