Transferring Sounds To The TX1000 Transmitter

For CS24C & Krakatoa II

Updating the playlist on your TX1000 remote for CS24C or Krakatoa II requires using the FOXPRO Sound Programming Utility. This process is different from other models and must be done via computer connection.

What You'll Need

FOXPRO Sound Programming Utility - Available in two versions:

  • Regular Windows version
  • Java version (compatible with Windows and Mac)

Fresh batteries in your TX1000 remote control

USB cable to connect TX1000 to your computer

Important: Complete Reprogramming First

These steps should not be followed until you have successfully reprogrammed the Krakatoa II or CS24C. Any time you modify the sound list, sequences, or categories on the game call, the remote control must be updated to reflect those changes.

Update Instructions

  1. 1 Connect the TX1000 to your computer using a USB cable as outlined in the manual
  2. 2 Open the FOXPRO Sound Programming Utility. The utility will automatically detect the TX1000. If there is an update pending from recently reprogramming the Krakatoa II or CS24C, a message will appear prompting you to apply the update
  3. 3 After the update is installed, exit the utility and disconnect the TX1000 from your computer. The remote will display the normal main screen and you can immediately observe the changes
