FOXPRO #YouHuntin Instagram and Facebook Photo Contest

Official Rules

LET US KNOW THAT YOU'RE HUNTING WITH FOXPRO! On Instagram, share your photos using the hashtags #YouHuntin and #FOXPROPredatorContest19. On Facebook, comment your photo submissions with the hashtags #YouHuntin and #FOXPROPredatorContest19 on our post about this contest on the FOXPRO Inc. Facebook page.

No purchase necessary to win. The #YouHuntin Photo Contest is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by FOXPRO Inc., are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

The #YouHuntin Photo Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid Instagram, Facebook, and e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. FOXPRO Inc. has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

Contest Period

The #YouHuntin Photo Contest begins February 4th, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. EDT and ends December 30th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. EDT. All entries must be received on or before the time stated during the submission period. FOXPRO Inc. reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

How to Enter

During the Contest Period, on Instagram, share a photo using the hashtags #YouHuntin and #FOXPROPredatorContest19. On Facebook, comment your photo with the hashtags #YouHuntin and #FOXPROPredatorContest19 on our post about this contest on the FOXPRO Inc. Facebook page. BOTH HASHTAGS MUST BE USED TO ENTER. Photo must also contain a FOXPRO product to be considered a submission! Upon posting a photo using the proper hashtags, you will automatically be entered into the contest. Multiple submissions are allowed. For those entering via Instagram, your account must be set to the %u201Cpublic%u201D setting.

Note: By entering this contest, you agree that your entry and any other materials submitted in connection with this contest may be posted on FOXPRO Inc.'s website and/or other social media sites or applications associated with the contest in a manner that is consistent with the Official Rules. Potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

Content Guidelines

In order for a photo to qualify as an entry, photos:

  • MUST contain the following text in the comment field: #YouHuntin and #FOXPROPredatorContest19 (on both Instagram and Facebook).
  • MUST be an original photo idea. MUST NOT copy or plagiarize from any source or have previously been published commercially or submitted in or won any other contest.
  • MUST include a FOXPRO Inc. product.
  • MUST NOT contain material which is, in FOXPRO Inc.'s sole discretion, hateful, slanderous, sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, inappropriate, unethical, dangerous, illegal, harassing, or discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age). Must not contain material that is threatening to any person, place, business, or group.
Winner Selection

Winners will be selected via a panel of judges made up of representatives from FOXPRO Inc. during the Contest Period from all eligible entries, for a total of twelve (12) drawings. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this contest. The winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram from the FOXPRO Inc. social media accounts. The winners will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond to the prize notification from FOXPRO Inc. or an alternate winner will be selected. The twelve (12) Small Prize winners selected throughout the year will be entered into a finalist contest where one (1) finalist will be awarded the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be selected via a panel of judges made up of representatives from FOXPRO Inc. from the twelve (12) finalist entries. The Grand Prize winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram from the FOXPRO Inc. social media accounts. The Grand Prize winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond to the prize notification from FOXPRO Inc. or an alternate winner will be selected.

Prizes

SMALL PRIZE: One (1) small FOXPRO prize valued up to $50. Twelve (12) Small Prizes will be awarded. GRAND PRIZE: A FOXPRO Prize Pack valued up to $800.00. Contents of the prize package will be decided by FOXPRO Inc. closer to the time of the announcement of the Grand Prize winner. The winner may also elect to use the $800.00 credit value on another FOXPRO Purchase of his or her choice. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt, and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

Additional Limitations

Prize is non-transferable. FOXPRO Inc. and its respective affiliates, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the #YouHuntin Photo Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by FOXPRO Inc. FOXPRO Inc. reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the photo contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if FOXPRO Inc. determines that the #YouHuntin Photo Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering, or unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or other cause beyond FOXPRO Inc.'s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the #YouHuntin Photo Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, FOXPRO Inc. reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. FOXPRO Inc. and its respective agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

BY ENTERING THE #YOUHUNTIN PHOTO CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS FOXPRO INC., THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT%u2019S PARTICIPATION IN THE #YOUHUNTIN PHOTO CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. FOXPRO INC. DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. FOXPRO INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE #YOUHUNTIN PHOTO CONTEST.
